STACY | SENIOR EVENT COORDINATOR / BRAND AMBASSADOR
CICERONE LEVEL ONE CERTIFIED PINK BOOTS SOCIETY FL MEMBER Stacy's love of Craft Beer started at a local Craft Beer bar in St. Petersburg back in 2015. At the time, I was in Banking full time and never considered a career in Craft Beer a possibility, until a close friend asked if I’d be interested in working for Grand Central Brewhouse as a part time Beertender back in 2020. This blossomed into the best career decision I have made yet! I was later promoted to become the Senior Event Coordinator handling all on-site public, private and offsite events. Though sours are my favorite; the growth, respect, and understanding that has come with working at Grand Central and in the Craft Beer Industry is amazing! My palate for crispy lagers and pilsners, along with trying many other styles of beer I never knew existed continues to grow |
BRENDA | ASSISTANT EVENT COORDINATOR / BEERTENDER

Brenda is a Registered Yoga Teacher and has combined her love of yoga and beer by teaching Beer Yoga. Recently, she has taken on a new role at Grand Central Brewhouse, assisting in ever growing private and public events. As well as being a recent Pink Boots Society Member! She can be seen behind the bar at St. Pete Brewing Company, Hawthorne Bottle Shoppe, and Grand Central Brewhouse of course. “Being a woman behind the bar has its own unique challenges, especially in the brewery industry. I am so proud to be representing GCB at FemAle Brewfest for a second year and showing what Women in beer truly means." |
LIZ | BEERTENDER
Liz's love for craft beer started through her parents' love for it. "In 2018 while living in New Hampshire, I saw a job opening for a brand new Brewery in my small hometown. I just knew I had to apply! Fast forward 4 years later and I’m still behind the bar, just in a new and bigger city. Joining the Grand Central Brewhouse Team has opened the door to so many new and exciting opportunities that I look forward to exploring! With my outgoing personality and New England attitude, there’s nothing more I love doing and no place I’d rather be. I look forward each day to meeting new people, hearing new stories, and having more opportunities as time comes to grow more friendships in the world of Craft Beer." |
