PALOMA "BETTY" MEIJA | BREWER & CELLAR WOMAN
Betty moved from Peru to Miami in 2001 to follow her American Dream. Beer enthusiastic since age 21, decided to change careers from Marketing into craft beer. Started working at Lincoln’s Beard since they opened (2016) as a bartender, her eagerness to be more involved in the making of the craft got her a part time as a cellar operator, to later be promoted as the brewer. Enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and visiting breweries. |
